Javier Peña and Steve Murphy are former DEA agents best known for bringing down Colombian drug kingpin Pablo Escobar in the '90s, as dramatized in the first two seasons of the Netflix series Narcos and chronicled in their book Manhunters: How We Took Down Pablo Escobar.
