On today’s show, we will be traveling to Idaho where I will chat with Retired Senior Lead Police Officer Kathy Bennett of the Los Angeles Police Department.
Kathy spent 29 years with the LAPD where she was a Firearms Instructor, a crime analyst in the “War Room”, a Field Training Officer, a Senior Lead Officer, and the different assignments she worked as an undercover officer. Kathy was honored to be named Officer of the Year in 1997.
Kathy is also a best-selling crime writer! Kathy's debut novel, A Dozen Deadly Roses became a bestselling E-book at Amazon and Barnes and Noble. Her second novel, A Deadly Blessing was chosen by Barnes and Noble as a Best Book of 2012. She’s currently working on the final book, Damage Control, in her second series, the Buckner Suspense Thriller Trilogy.
